Chainway Labs is seeking an Integration Engineer to join our team at Citrea, Bitcoin’s First ZK Rollup.

At Citrea, our goal is to secure on-chain finance with Bitcoin. We believe that Bitcoin and its values should be scaled to serve as the standard for decentralized finance. Achieving this vision requires scaling Bitcoin with zero-knowledge proofs, ensuring on-chain verifiability and data availability within the Bitcoin network.

This approach makes Citrea the first scaling solution to enable more complex applications without compromising Bitcoin security and changing its consensus rules.

Required Skills

• At least 2 years of experience in smart contract and full-stack engineering.
• Proficiency in Typescript and Solidity, with a strong grasp of blockchain and smart contract development.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and partner projects at once without losing quality.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Telegram and Discord for partner communications.
• Experience with rollups, EVM, Ethereum, and Bitcoin.
• Passion for blockchain technology and motivation to take on increasing responsibilities within the company.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and readiness to improve tools and processes as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical integration process for new and existing partners, providing hands-on support from initial architecture design to implementation and debugging.
• Rapidly diagnose and resolve technical issues partners may encounter, ensuring minimal disruption to their operations.
• Maintain active communication channels with partners, offering timely and effective support.
